Mist Collectors

Whether your grinding machines use straight oil, soluable oil or semisynthetic or synthetic coolants, mist collectors serve a number of purposes in grinding applications:

1. Prevent employees from exposure to potentially hazardous machining liquids.
2. Keep rust-causing moisture off of finished parts.
3. Keep slippery fluids off floors.

GCH Machinery routinely and seamlessly incorporates mist collectors into turnkey grinding cells. Mist collectors can be mounted directly on the grinder or ducted to the machine. Prior to grinder remanufacture, the GCH Machinery team will evaluate your application and plant environment and determine whether a mist collector is recommended. Units are sourced from such respected manufacturers as Donaldson/Torit and Royal Products, among others.
