GCH’s servo drive transmission eliminates 98% of all moving parts, eliminates costly downtime and repairs. This patented upgrade replaces mechanical gear transmissions and provides improved part roundness.

AUTOMATIC INFEED UNITS

GCH’s automatic and economically priced infeed unit eliminates the manual adjustment of old-style infeed units. Benefits include improved size control, nearly maintenance-free performance, and improvement of wheel and diamond life.

SERVO INFEED SYSTEM

GCH’s exclusive servo infeed system replaces difficult Cincinnati mechanical hydraulic infeeds. Improved repeatability and elimination of costly set-up time and maintenance are just a few of the benefits.

CONTROLS RETROFITTING (PARTIAL)

Are your machine’s controls past their prime? While complete replacement may be considered, this solution isn’t always necessary, feasible or cost effective. A better solution is a “partial” controls retrofit, which includes replacement of key components of your controls system. GCH Machinery will retrofit a new controller and/or processor to your machine, providing a “second life” to your investment, and boosting your equipment’s capability, accuracy and repeatability. HYDRAULICS RETROFITTING

GCH Machinery will replace your hydraulic system with electrical motors to stop messy leaks and eliminate the need to use and discard costly machine oils.
