WORK CLEARANCE
Swing clearance is 38diameter inside the water guards. Vertical height (range) is 18 between thetop surface of the 36 dia. chuck and the grinding surface of a newgrinding wheel in its raised position.

WORK TABLE
Blanchard magnetic chuck, 36dia. with 5/8 radial spacing between concentric poles. Chuck has a 2 dia. center hole. Chuck uses direct current; voltages 115 or 230(230 preferred), and required 792 watts supplied by a Neutrofier whenordered. Maximum weight of workload is 3,000pounds.

WHEEL HOLDER
Cylinder wheel holder for 20x 5 x 16 1/2 cylinder wheel; or 20 Courtland type segmentchuck (when ordered) which holds four CD‑18L segments.

FEED
Vertical down feed of the wheelis either by hand or by power. The powerfeed is variable between 0.004 and 0.080 per minute. An accurate, automatic down feed stop isprovided. Maximum down feed to the stopis provided. Maximum down feed to thestop is 0.098, 0.298 is available on special order. The wheel head can be rapidly raised andlowered by power.

chuck. Hardened steel base ways with automaticlubrication.
