diameter x 10 1/2" high on plain table.  Special heights to order.
Rectangular pieces of same heights and lying between inside and outside diameters of chuck or table (see below).  Maximum swing of work fixture 45" diameter.
WORK TABLE
Blanchard One Piece Steel Magnetic Chuck of the Single Pass Type.
40" outside diameter; 30" inside diameter.  Direct current only,
either 110 or 220 volts, 870 watts (includes calipers and magnetic clutches).  A plain iron table to which fixtures may
be secured can be furnished, 43" outside diameters, 26" inside
diameter.  Calipers and magnetic clutches require 170 watts.

WHEEL (NOT INCLUDED)
18" diameter, 5" deep, 10" hole (18" x 5" x 10").  Wire banded.
Of total depth, 4" can be used.
SPEEDS
Wheel:  1200 RPM on 60 cycle, 1000 RPM, on 50 cycle
Chuck:  4 geared speeds, .44, .56, .71, .89 RPM with 3" diameter
        pulley on 60 cycle motor.  Extra pulley furnished if
        necessary to change speed of chuck.
FEED
Each wheel has vertical down feed by hand or power with power
feed controlled by separate wheel control caliper for that wheel.
Each wheel has motor driven raising and lowering with push button control.
WATER SUPPLY
Easy cleaning tank in base, capacity 258 gallons.  One pump,
submerged centrifugal type, motor driven; supplying water to
both wheels, and washing nozzles over table.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Two 30 HP A.C. Motors mounted in wheel heads; one 2 HP motor on base.  To drive chuck, two torque motors for raising and lowering of wheel heads; one 1 HP motor drive coolant pump.  Separate controls for each motor mounted in and wired from panel box attached to base, customer brings mains to panel box, all controls are operated from push buttons on machine.  40" Blanchard one piece steel magnetic chuck.
DEMAGNETIZER (NOT INCLUDED)
Recommended for hardened work, capacity 7" diameter x 3" high.
