Airblast Room Enclosure
• Room with nominal interior dimensions of 11'-6" wide x 10'-0" high x 12'-0" long. Room will be split longitudinally to allow for passage through purchaser's door.

• Swing type work doors at entrance end of the room complete with safety switches.

• Fluorescent type roof mounted light fixtures complete with 50 degree ballasts. (Quantity 4)

• Air inlets and cyclonic type outlet plenums.

• One (1) man access doors complete with vision windows and safety switches.(Located in south wall or work door).

ABRASIVE RECOVERY & RECYCLING SYSTEM
• 350 PSF Bar grating over floor system.

• Full recovery floor system consisting of four (4) 9" diameter longitudinal screw conveyors and one (1) 9" diameter collector screw conveyor complete with drives.

• Belt and bucket assembly (7" x 17'').

• Airwash separator assembly (10") complete with trash screen.

PRESSURE TANK & OPERATOR’S EQUIPMENT
• Pressure Tank (6 cu. ft.) complete with pneumatic deadman type controls.

• 12 cu. ft. tank mounted storage hopper.

• Blast hose (1 1/4" I.D. x 25' long with 5/ 16 blast nozzle).

• Operator's air purifier.

If Grinders Clearing House, Inc. dba GCH Machinery does not receive exchange/core unit back within 30 days, GCH will invoice FULL replacement cost (OUTRIGHT Cost) to customer.
