• AB Servo controlled ECO 40 mechanical expansion type precision spindles, 4.5 HP and capable of spinning up to 1700 rpm. Designed for post -process gauging and tool wear compensation

• AB Servo controlled spindle stroking system (ECO 40) with ability to adjust oscillation amplitude and frequency via HMI. Spindle drive 2.7 HP, Oscillation speed 30 m/m, 400 mm stroke.

• Hydraulic tool expansion system

• Hydraulic system to Nagel specifications. Includes Daikin hydraulic power pack

• AB Servo controlled 2 position rotary index table for accurate part positioning.

• Bijur/ Vogel centralized lubrication system to Nagel specifications, with 200 hours storage capacity. Low reservoir level and dirty filter faults.
