GENERAL PRODUCT LINE CHARACTERISTICS
• YOU JI’s VTL series covers single-column & double column (twin column) vertical lathes, typically in table diameters ranging roughly from 800mm up to 3000mm+ depending on the model.
• Models with C-axis add rotary positioning/indexing on the table spindle, which lets the machine do live milling, drilling, & off-center machining in addition to standard turning-essentially turning the VTL into a mill-turn center.
• C-axis variants are usually paired with a driven tool turret or an auxiliary milling head, & often include Y-axis capability on the higher-end models for full mill-turn work.
• Typical applications: large flanges, gears, pump housings, wheel hubs, hydraulic cylinders – parts too large or heavy for a horizontal lathe but needing secondary milling / drilling operations without a second setup.
Specifications are deemed accurate, however, subject to verification or prior sale.
