Dan Geddes
( President and CEO )
Dan has served as president and CEO of GCH Machinery for nearly 10 years. Recognized worldwide as one of the top experts in centerless grinding, Dan began his career over 30 years ago as a global service technician for a well-respected global grinder manufacturer. He went on to hold various positions of increasing responsibility and was eventually named vice president of the company’s USA group. Dan brings an unparalleled depth of experience to GCH Machinery that can only be gained by rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands into the process solution. Having installed grinders (1,500+) on nearly every continent, Dan is rarely stumped by even the most challenging grinder application.
Jeff Haines
( Vice President of Sales )
Jeff Haines is vice president of sales for GCH Machinery. Hired as an aspiring sales representative over 35 years ago, Jeff’s knack for sales and building rapport with customers worldwide led him to positions of increased responsibility, culminating with a promotion to vice president of sales in 2012. Along with managing the GCH Machinery sales team, Jeff also oversees manufacturing operations at a GCH Machinery affiliate company. Known for his innovation and passion, Jeff can take nearly any grinding concept and turn it into reality.
Tony Bologna

Tony has been with GCH Machinery for nearly 30 years. Turning an older machine into a modern turnkey grinding system involves an in-depth knowledge of the system’s mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems as well as software and automation. Skilled in these disciplines and well versed in global automated grinding operations, Tony goes beyond the norm to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their grinders.

Since Lance first cut his teeth on grinding machine tools over two decades ago, he’s been a valued member of the GCH Machinery team. And wherever his customer is located, be it in North America or further abroad, Lance offers the highest level of professionalism and service.
Rob Webb

For the past 15 years, Rob has been an integral member of the GCH Machinery sales team. With over 25 years in the grinder industry, Rob understands the challenges of manufacturing and the critical role of grinders in a company’s success. Whether highly knowledgeable or grinder novices, Rob guides customers through their purchase – from application advice to machine acquisition – always striving to ensure that grinding tolerances, however stringent, are met to full satisfaction.
Brian Dechene
( Technical Development Director ID/OD Grinding Specialist )
Brian Dechene is the technical development director ID/OD grinding specialist for GCH Machinery, where he leads research and development and assists companies to improve their grinding processes. Before joining GCH Machinery in 2017, Brian held management positions in the high-precision ball bearing and machine tool industries. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from the University of New Haven. With nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in grinding applications worldwide, Brian is asked frequently to speak on issues related to grinding. He is also the author of several articles related to grinding improvements.
