- Replacing original AC motors with servo motors
- Installing acoustic emission sensors
- Adding in-process gages
Acoustic emission sensors use ultrasonic sounds to determine where and how much the grinder cuts and control the machine’s actions based on the sound’s amplitude.
We’re able to incorporate process controls that were unimaginable when Blanchards first began production. We take Blanchard grinders an order of magnitude higher than previously possible.
